Happy Tuesday! Well I got out ahead of the curve and was able to round early this morning on all the units. I just want to say to all of our night shift team--we really appreciate you guys, and even though we don't get to see you as often as the rest of the gang that work days w/ your leadership team, we are glad you do what you do and do it so well. I try to get out a few times a month to visit and make sure we are meeting your needs as well as the day shift, and we are kicking the tires on how we can schedule more fun events in the evenings since ya'll sometimes miss out on the daytime festivities.
If anyone on nightshift reading this has any ideas or suggestions about how we can enhance the "night experience", give a shout out!
