Folks,
I made a very, very difficult decision to resign my post as CEO earlier this week from VVRMC.  I did this for personal reasons and am in the process now of figuring out what is next for me and my family.

I am incredibly proud to have been taken into the VVRMC family for the time I have been here and been part of such progress for our hospital and community. 

My last day will be Tuesday, March 19.

Andy Williams, Vice President of Operations for Methodist Specialty and Transplant Hospital, has been assigned by Methodist (an obligation of the contract) to be the interim CEO.  Andy will likely be at the hospital early next week.  I look forward to introducing Andy to you.  I have known Andy for 15 years and know he will do a good job for us while a permanent search gets under way.
